For most of my life, I’ve been a man who fixes things. Whether it’s rebuilding an engine block or framing a house, I’ve always loved the process of taking something old or broken and making it run like new again. But as I’ve grown in my walk with the Lord, I’ve realized that the greatest restoration project isn’t mechanical—it’s spiritual.

The powerful truth that changed my life. It is the promise found in 2 Corinthians 5:17. “This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!”

Just like an old engine gets a second chance, we do too. But it’s not just about being fixed; it’s about being loved.

And if you have accepted The Lord Jesus Christ to be the Your Lord and Savior, then you truly are a new Creation. “Old things have passed away!”

No matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done, there is a love that holds on to you tight. And Jesus will never let you go.

As Romans 8:38-39 reminds us, absolutely nothing—not life, not death, not angels or demons, not our fears for today or our worries about tomorrow—can ever separate us from the love of God.
